How does this Registration Process take place?
Once the Registration Form is filled and submited, a responsible volunteer who is assigned to carry out this task will verify the details and may also contact the member seeking registration, if s/he needs any clarification. Then it will be forwarded to the concern Batch Coordinatior (if available) or to an appropriate person to confirm whether the member seeking registration belongs to his/her batch. Once everything is verified, the concerned member's name will be added to our Register and will be notified through email about the same.
